How to: Stand with feet apart and a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing each other, resting on top of your shoulders. Lower yourself till your thighs are parallel to the ground by sitting your hips back. As you regain your balance, press the weights directly overhead until your arms are absolutely straight, biceps by your ears. As you lower into a squat, bring the weights back to your shoulders.

Place two dumbbells shoulder-width apart on the floor. Form a straight line from your knees to your head in a kneeling plank stance. Grasp the dumbbells in such a way that your hands are raised off the floor without causing your wrists to crease.
